My Own Personal Chef

When my son was born, I started receiving the Diet-to-Go meals to save time. I didn't want spend hours in the kitchen preparing meals when I would rather be tickling my son to make him laugh. The quantity of food
provided was so much more than I expected, I usually kept my fruit or pudding for a mid-afternoon snack. I loved telling people that I have chicken parmesan, baby carrots and angel food cake for dinner or have grilled cheese and a brownie for lunch.

Of course, I get to tell people often because receive many comments on how good I look. I love seeing their eyes go to my son, calculate how old he is, and then look at me.

Yes, I tell them, I lost my pregnancy weight in 2 months. Now, I'm working on my lifetime weight.
I've currently lost 25 pounds in two and a half months and I look forward to continuing that loss. And I know that it will stay off because I'm learning what proper portion sizes are and that you can actually be full eating healthy foods.
