Tanya
Zilberter, PhD, is a researcher, health educator, exercise
physiologist, and scientific journalist.
In health sciences since 1972, Dr.
Zilberter authored several
hundred scientific and popular publications, including four print books
and more than a dozen of eBooks.
Dr. Zilberter has created a number of
immensely popular health-improvement programs, which include:

correction of common ailments, as well as in exercise physiology for
people with special needs.
Dr. Ziberter's current research
interests revolve around
theoretical and applied problems of general physiology, neurophysiology
of body weight control, and nutirion.
Dr. Zilberter is a member of the
Association for Integrative
Medicine where she sits on a research committee; aerobics instructor;
and certified hospice volunteer. She is a formerly competitive rhythmic
gymnast, cross country skier and swimmer, and a graduate of a ballet
school.
