A Simple and Easy Way To Stop Your Snoring - A Tennis Ball

Snoring can be incredibly disruptive to the person alongside the snorer, as well as the snorer. The noisy sound that occurs when snoring is caused by an obstruction or blockage in the breathing passage. By sleeping on your side, this will often alleviate snoring because it prevents the tongue from falling into the back of your throat and also aligns the airway into a clear contour. By taping the tennis ball to your mid-back, this will not only keep you on your side, but it will also save your partner from having to nudge you throughout the night to roll back onto your side.

Precautions

Consult your physician if your snoring is a nightly occurrence and causes daytime drowsiness, because snoring that constantly disrupts sleep, especially in overweight people, has been associated with an increased risk of heart attacks and strokes.
