Supplements: why we might need to think about them.

If we eat enough to get all the necessary nutrients, we consume too many calories and become overweight. If we limit our calorie intake to maintain the proper weight, we do no have enough nutrients to maintain good health.

The first thing one most probably thinks about when supplements are mentioned, is Vitamins They make up the greatest part of the super-profitable industry of supplements. Some allopaths just do not believe in them, while many health concerned people are taking them religiously, many preferring one brands over another, depending on their beliefs and the selling art skills of supplement distributors. Meanwhile, the matter has nothing to do with beliefs (well, nothing besides the healing power of any belief), because there are scientific facts about supplements and lipolysis: Bioflavonoids, fibers, DHEA, minerals, microelements -- all matters but the famous Chromium!
