- Multiply your ideal weight (lbs) by 4.35
- Step 2.
- Add 655
- Step 3.
- Multiply your height (in) by 4.32
- Step 4.
- Multiply your age by 4.7
- Step 5.
- Subtract the result of Step 4 from the result of Step 3
- Step 6.
- Add the result of Step 2 to the result of Step 5
The result is the number of calories you can consume daily and still lose weight
